Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026. Binding commercial terms are set in your ECONX order form or MSA.
Platform use
VoxLink is provided for authorised business use by your organisation. You must keep credentials secure, respect role permissions, and use the service in compliance with applicable telemarketing, collections, privacy, and labour laws.
Customer data
You retain ownership of your campaign, agent, and call data. ECONX processes that data to deliver the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
No unlawful outbound activity, no attempts to bypass security or tenancy controls, and no reverse engineering except where permitted by law.
Service changes
Features may evolve. Material commercial changes are handled through your contract. Marketing site pricing is indicative until confirmed in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ECONX’s liability is limited as set out in your master agreement. The marketing site is informational and does not itself create a paid subscription.
